Qualifications and Competition
Participants are selected through an ongoing online qualification, from which the top competitors will be invited to the finals.
Competition combines military operational elements with raw physical strength. Competitors must lift, carry, and pull military equipment and complete challenges that test their military skills and physical endurance. The events are designed to replicate the physical demands of military training and operations, ensuring that only the strongest and most resilient succeed.
